SHAMAN Sign New Deal With AFM RECORDS, Debut Album To Be Re-Issued

SHAMAN, the Brazilian band featuring former ANGRA members André Matos (vocals),Luis Mariutti (bass) and Ricardo Confessori (drums),have signed a new, long-term deal with Germany's AFM Records. As part of the new agreement, the group's debut CD, "Ritual" (2002),will be re-released on March 22 at a mid price in a special package featuring the "RituaLive" DVD (available as a CD+DVD). Guest performers on the DVD include Tobias Sammet (EDGUY),Michael Weikath, Andi Deris (HELLOWEEN) and violist Marcus Viana.

In related news, Matos will join SEPULTURA guitarist Andreas Kisser and his classic rock band BRASIL ROCK STARS at a show at Blen Blen in São Paulo, Brazil on March 11.
